STEP 1

PROCUREMENT

Our journey begins at the quarry, where our technical experts personally inspect and handpick the finest blocks. We assess each stone for size, quality, color, and pattern, ensuring only the best make it to the next stage.

STEP 2

DRESSING

As raw blocks arrive at our state-of-the-art facility, they are meticulously dressed into precise rectangular shapes. Every cut is deliberate, every measurement exact. This process minimizes wastage, prevents cracks during cutting, and ensures uniformity for optimal utilization, setting the stage for perfection in every slab.

STEP 3

STONE STRENGTHENING

This process fortifies the stone with a seal of Italian clear epoxy, reinforcing its natural strength. This crucial step reduces vibrational damage during cutting, maintains uniform slab thickness, and enhances overall durability, ensuring each piece stands the test of time.

STEP 4

CUTTING

The stone blocks are then cut to size using imported Gangsaw machines, equipped with premium-quality nickel blades. These high-performance blades ensure smooth and precise cutting while reducing thickness variations, shaping each slab flawlessly to international standards.

STEP 5

AUTOMATIC RESIN LINE

With one of the largest 140-tray, 4-oven, and 2-robot systems in India, our cutting-edge automatic resin line can process over 200 slabs per day. This advanced step enhances shine, strength, and durability while filling and sealing minor cracks, ensuring effortless maintenance and lasting durability.

STEP 6

POLISHING LINE

Our polishing line features state-of-the-art, fully automated Italian machinery from Pedrini, that is designed to polish up to 10,000 sq.ft of marble per day. Equipped with 16 suspended polishing heads with counter-pressure technology and real-time defect detection, this cutting-edge system delivers an exceptionally smooth and high-gloss finish.

TOP-NOTCH QUALITY CHECKS

Before reaching customers, each slab is carefully inspected by our in-house experts. This thorough process guarantees strength and durability, a superior surface finish, and consistent quality in every batch.
